With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Kerry leads with a strong focus on compassion, reliability, and personalized support for families caring for loved ones at home.
Drawing on her background in executive leadership and operations, Kerry takes a hands-on approach to building strong care teams, supporting caregivers, and ensuring families receive dependable, compassionate support in their homes. We are excited to welcome Nickeshia Montaque as our Director of Community Relations and Care Services . She is a dedicated healthcare leader whose career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has grown into a leadership role as Director of Services.
With more than a decade of experience in patient care, team leadership, and healthcare operations, she has developed a deep understanding of both frontline caregiving and organizational management.
Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to improving the quality of patient care while supporting healthcare teams through mentorship and effective leadership. As Director of Services, Nickeshia focuses on enhancing service delivery, strengthening staff performance, and ensuring high standards of care for every patient.
Catie Giuntoli
Director of Office Services
Catie Giuntoli serves as the Director of Office Services for Family Pride Private Home Care and works closely with our Connecticut office team to support day-to-day operations and caregiver coordination. She plays an active role in caregiver and client onboarding, hiring and interviews, scheduling support, and administration of the systems that keep care running smoothly.
Catie also assists with payroll processes and provides hands-on operational guidance to ensure consistency, compliance, and high standards of care across Family Pride locations. Her collaborative approach and deep understanding of home care operations help our Warwick office deliver dependable, compassionate care to the families we serve.
By supporting both our caregivers and office leadership, Catie helps ensure that every client receives attentive, well-coordinated in-home care — while allowing our local team to stay focused on serving the greater Rhode Island community.
