Founder and Owner
Kevin Campbell is the Founder and Owner of Family Pride Private Home Care, a locally owned home care agency serving families across Rhode Island, Massachusetts and CT. With a strong focus on dignity, reliability, and flexibility, Kevin built Family Pride to offer high-quality, personalized care without rigid contracts or unnecessary barriers for families.
Drawing on years of experience in business leadership and operations, Kevin takes a hands-on approach to building care teams, supporting caregivers, and ensuring families receive dependable, compassionate support in their homes. Family Pride Private Home Care is known for its flexible scheduling — including shorter shifts — allowing families to access care that truly fits their needs.
Kevin is deeply committed to community-based care and believes that home care works best when it feels personal, transparent, and respectful. He continues to expand Family Pride’s services while maintaining the values that inspired the company’s founding: trust, family, and pride in the care provided.
Catie Giuntoli
Director of Office Services
Catie Giuntoli serves as the Director of Office Services for Family Pride Private Home Care and works closely with our Warwick office team to support day-to-day operations and caregiver coordination. She plays an active role in caregiver and client onboarding, hiring and interviews, scheduling support, and administration of the systems that keep care running smoothly.
Catie also assists with payroll processes and provides hands-on operational guidance to ensure consistency, compliance, and high standards of care across Family Pride locations. Her collaborative approach and deep understanding of home care operations help our Warwick office deliver dependable, compassionate care to the families we serve.
By supporting both our caregivers and office leadership, Catie helps ensure that every client receives attentive, well-coordinated in-home care — while allowing our local team to stay focused on serving the greater Rhode Island community.
Alisa Lymburner
Area Care Manager
Alisa Lymburner serves as the Area Care Manager for Family Pride Private Home Care and works closely with our Warwick office team to support day-to-day operations, caregiver coordination, and client care oversight. She plays an active role in supervising care plans, supporting caregivers in the field, and ensuring that each client receives consistent, high-quality, and compassionate care.
Alisa brings a strong background in supporting individuals with psychiatric and developmental disabilities. Prior to joining Family Pride, she gained valuable hands-on experience working in a group home setting, where she developed a deep understanding of behavioral health, individualized care needs, and the importance of patience, structure, and compassion.
Alisa is known for her calm, supportive approach and her ability to build meaningful relationships with both clients and caregivers. She provides hands-on operational support and guidance to help ensure consistency, communication, and high standards of care across our Warwick office.
In addition to her professional strengths, Alisa is a dedicated mother to her two daughters, which further shapes her empathetic and nurturing approach to caregiving. She understands the importance of trust and communication when caring for loved ones and brings that perspective into her role every day.

Katerina Mauricio
RN Director of Nursing & Client Care Services
Katerina Mauricio serves as RN Director of Nursing & Client Care Services for Family Pride Private Home Care’s Warwick office and provides clinical oversight for all private duty home care services in accordance with state regulations and professional nursing standards.
Katerina conducts comprehensive client assessments throughout Warwick and surrounding Rhode Island communities, develops and oversees individualized service plans, and provides clinical supervision to nursing and caregiving staff. She ensures that services are appropriate to each client’s needs and safely implemented in the home setting.
She collaborates closely with local clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to promote continuity of care and clear communication. Her responsibilities include staff orientation, competency validation, quality assurance oversight, and corrective action processes to maintain compliance and support continuous quality improvement.
Katerina holds a degree in the Science of Nursing and is a licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. She is committed to delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality home care that supports the safety, dignity, and independence of families in Warwick and across Rhode Island.
