We’re excited to continue our Quarterly Caregiver Recognition Program, celebrating caregivers who go above and beyond for their clients and the Family Pride team.
Each quarter, we recognize outstanding caregivers with special awards – along with a $50 Massage Envy gift card and an embroidered Family Pride Home Care scrub of their choice from Alexander’s Uniform.
Airaceli achieved perfect attendance for the entire quarter, demonstrating exceptional reliability, compassion, and dedication to our clients.
Alisa achieved perfect attendance, filled numerous open shifts (too many to count), and even ventured out during one of the worst snowstorms in Rhode Island history to support a critical needs client.
We are also proud to announce that Alisa has been promoted to Area Care Manager for the Warwick area. This promotion reflects her dedication, leadership, and continued commitment to both our clients and the Family Pride team.
We are excited to share that over the next 3-6 months, we will be looking to promote or hire two additional Area Care Managers. We encourage any interested caregivers to continue demonstrating leadership and growth as these opportunities become available. Please reach out to Kevin, Heather, or Catie if you are interested!
Thank you to both Airaceli and Alisa for your incredible commitment – and congratulations on your well deserved recognition!
To everyone else – a new quarter is already underway! These awards reset each quarter, and any caregiver can be recognized. We look forward to celebrating more of our amazing team soon.
