Client Spotlight: Gail Mirtza & Caregiver of the Quarter, Tamara Gallagher (Connecticut Location)
Gail Mirtza has a deep appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. She enjoys listening to music, spending time with art, and looking through her collection of Van Gogh books—something that brings her both comfort and joy.
Family is incredibly important to Gail. She loves spending time with her loved ones and is especially happy when she’s with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Those moments mean the world to her.
Each quarter, we recognize outstanding caregivers with special awards—this quarter’s recognition is accompanied by a $50 Amazon gift card. Tamara Gallagher, our Caregiver of the Quarter for our Connecticut location, has truly earned this recognition.
Since the beginning of March, Tamara has been Gail’s live-in caregiver. Pictured on the left, Tamara has been incredibly reliable and compassionate, quickly becoming an important part of Gail’s daily life. Gail, pictured on the right, has built a meaningful connection with Tamara through their time together. Tamara’s attentiveness and genuine companionship have made a lasting impact. Together, Gail and Tamara share many meaningful moments. They enjoy reading together, painting nails, going through old photos, and listening to music. They also spend time watching movies and exploring Gail’s art books, creating a warm and engaging daily routine.
