At Family Pride Private Home Care, we’re always looking for ways to help families access the support and services they need to remain safe and comfortable at home. One exciting program making a difference for many families is the GUIDE Program.
GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) is a new Medicare-supported initiative designed to provide additional resources and support for individuals living with dementia and the families caring for them.
Family Pride is officially approved by CMS to provide GUIDE in-home respite services in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, allowing eligible families access to additional support and resources through Medicare.
Through eligible GUIDE programs, families may qualify for up to $2,500 in home care services funded through Medicare, helping reduce caregiver stress while improving quality of life and safety at home.
This program may help cover services such as:
• Personal care assistance
• Companionship and supervision
• Respite support for family caregivers
• Assistance with daily routines and safety monitoring
