New Care Community Partnerships

We are proud to welcome four respected senior care communities to the Family Pride network:

• Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center — Hamden, Connecticut
• Atria Senior Living — Waterford, Connecticut
• Madonna Manor — North Attleboro, Massachusetts
• Alliance at Maples — Wrentham, Massachusetts

These partnerships allow Family Pride to work alongside the dedicated teams at these centers to provide additional non-medical home care support for residents and families who may benefit from personalized assistance and companionship.

Program Approval with GT Independence

In addition, we are pleased to announce that Family Pride Private Home Care in Oxford, Connecticut is now approved with GT Independence.

This approval allows us to support individuals and families participating in Connecticut self-directed care programs, providing trusted caregivers and flexible home care support.

Services Available Through Family Pride

Through Family Pride, clients and families can access services such as:

• Personal care assistance
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation and errands
• Flexible care plans with no long-term contracts

We are honored to collaborate with the caring professionals at Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center in Hamden, Atria Senior Living in Waterford, Madonna Manor in North Attleboro, and Alliance at Maples in Wrentham, while continuing to expand services from our Oxford, Connecticut location to support more families throughout the region.
